About Emin

Hi, I'm Emin. I build commercial systems around the moments when the right conversations matter most.

I've built commercial teams from zero, improved mature partner systems at global scale and worked across the US, Europe and MENA. C2P is where that experience meets the compressed, high-stakes reality of conferences.

Built from zero. Improved at scale. Now applied to conferences.

I have worked in two very different commercial environments: building the engine when little existed and strengthening it when the scale was already global. Both now inform how C2P operates.

Built from zero

Built the team

Worked across markets

Commercial and business-development experience spanning the US, Europe and MENA.

These figures describe businesses, teams and portfolios I helped build, lead or improve. They are not claims of individual attribution.

The through-line

Build. Scale. Apply.

01 · Build

Learning what has to exist before growth becomes repeatable.

At Criteo, I helped build a regional business from its earliest commercial stage. That meant finding the market, establishing the operating rhythm, developing the team and turning early wins into something that could scale.

02 · Scale

Seeing the mature commercial blueprint from the inside.

Meta exposed me to a very different challenge: improving execution inside an established partner system operating at enormous scale. The fundamentals were already proven; the work was to make decisions, partnerships and performance better across a complex portfolio.

03 · Apply

Bringing that operating discipline to conferences.

My later international business-development work kept revealing the same gap. Companies invest heavily in important events, but the commercial operation around them is often fragmented. C2P exists to close that gap before, during and after the show.

How I think

Three beliefs behind C2P.

The technology can make the work faster. Commercial judgment still determines what deserves attention and what should happen next.

01

Relevance beats volume.

A smaller number of commercially justified conversations will outperform a crowded calendar filled for appearance's sake.

02

Accounts come before contacts.

A senior title is not a reason to meet. We begin with the company, the opportunity and why a conversation matters now.

03

The system has to survive the floor.

A plan is only useful if a busy commercial team can run it before, during and immediately after the event.

Who I built it for

Two event modes. One commercial discipline.

The operating problem changes depending on whether a team has a physical hub at the event. The need for relevance, preparation and follow-through does not.

01 · Exhibiting

You have a booth.

The budget is already committed. The challenge is turning the booth into a focused meeting hub, aligning the team around priority accounts and making the follow-up as deliberate as the build-up.

02 · Attending

You are going without one.

There is no natural flow of prospects. A smaller team has to create its own gravity through sharper account selection, relevant pre-event outreach and a calendar where every meeting earns its place.

Beyond the résumé

I like making complicated commercial work clear enough to act on.

I ask direct questions, work closely with the people doing the job and stay involved when the plan meets reality. I am at my best in situations where the stakes are real, the time is limited and a team needs both structure and energy.

That is also why conferences interest me. They expose the quality of a commercial system very quickly: what a company prioritizes, how its people collaborate and whether good conversations become meaningful next steps.

Not ready to commit?

Start with a conversation.

Bring one conference, what your team hopes to get from it and what currently feels uncertain. We can usually determine whether C2P is relevant, where the biggest commercial gaps are and what a sensible next step would look like.

No prepared brief. No hard sell. One event and one commercial question.
